How do I book a golf holiday?

Send an enquiry with your dates, party size and preferred package. We confirm course and hotel availability and reply with a full itinerary and one all-in price, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

How far in advance should I book?

For the November to February peak, 60 to 90 days ahead. Preferred tee blocks at Chiangmai Highlands, Alpine and Royal Chiangmai lock up early for Christmas, Lunar New Year and mid-January through mid-February. Green season trips can usually be arranged within a week or two.

Can you build a custom itinerary?

Yes. The published packages are starting points. Tell us your courses, hotel tier, number of rounds and rest days and we quote a bespoke trip at the same all-in standard.

Can my non-golfing partner come?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every multi-night package includes a half-day cultural activity for the whole group, and we can build out non-golf days (temples, spa, cooking class) at cost.

How do payments work?

After we confirm availability for your dates, we send a card deposit link (typically 25%). The balance is due 14 days before arrival on card, or in cash on arrival day with no surcharge.

What does the quoted price include?

Accepted Answer

Green fees, caddies, carts, hotel, private chauffeur transfers and airport meet-and-greet, with the suggested caddie tip listed separately. The number on the quote is the number you pay.

Is my online payment secure?

Yes. Card details are tokenised by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

When will I receive my refund?

We issue eligible refunds within 7 business days. Depending on your bank it may take a few extra days to post. Your quote sets out the deposit and cancellation terms before you commit.

What if my flights are delayed and I miss a tee time?

Tee times at our partner courses carry a one-time free rebook window if you notify us 4+ hours in advance, weather permitting. We absorb the rebook fee for our guests.

Do you ship clubs?

We work with two partner shippers (one Korea, one Singapore) for door-to-door club delivery to your Chiang Mai hotel. Rental sets are also available at every course in our packages.

Are caddies mandatory?

At most Chiang Mai courses, yes, and they are one of the best parts of golfing here. Caddie fees are already in your package price; the suggested tip is listed on your quote.

When is the best time of year to play?

Accepted Answer

November to February is peak: dry, sunny and 25 degrees. March and April bring heat and some haze. The green season (May to October) has soft, quiet courses and the best rates, with rain usually in short afternoon bursts.
